Processing Time: Standard delivery within Lagos takes 1–3 business days, while interstate delivery takes 3–5 business days. Delivery times may be slightly extended during sales, product drops, or festive promotions.
Returns & Exchanges
Policy: Timibanks Clothing accepts exchanges and returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags attached within 7 days of delivery
Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your exchange or store credit/refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. We will send an SMS or email notification as soon as it's completed.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be transferred back to your original bank account/card within 1–3 business days post-processing.
